Bernie listens a to what you want and then using his vast experience and inventory brought over several rugs to choose from. He left us with several to try out for a while and it was hard to pick with so many excellent choices.

This process makes finding rugs a Great experience and in the end you have far better handmade products than any store for a fair price. The service is outstanding.
