Shipping & Deliveries
All orders are processed and packaged within 1-3 business days and shipped via Canada Post or UPS.
After checkout
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been placed.
When your order is shipped
You will receive a shipping confirmation notification email with your tracking details.
On International Orders
All sales are final.
Customs and import duties may be applied when the shipment reaches its destination; such charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or APO/FRP addresses.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund by filling in the contact form below using information from the paperwork that arrived with your order.
On Canadian orders
- Returning items must be in new, unused condition, alongside all tags and original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
- Returning items will be at the cost of the customer.
- Refunds must be returned to the original form of payment.
On international orders
- All sales are final and any request for returns will not be accepted.
Due to the Iran sanctions that were enacted on September 29th, 2010, until further notice:
- We can no longer accept international returns for Persian made rugs
- All international sales of Persian rugs are final
